1. Data Controller
The controller responsible for processing in connection with the Smoke Bloke app is the operator of bytefeed.com. Contact: www.bytefeed.com.
2. What data does the app process?
Smoke Bloke processes only the data required to provide the app's functions. This includes in particular:
- timestamps of logged cigarettes
- pack profiles created by you, including price and cigarette count
- pack purchases logged by you
- derived statistics such as daily, weekly, and monthly values
3. Where is the data stored?
Data is primarily stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled on your device, Smoke Bloke can sync this data between your own devices through Apple CloudKit.
Widgets and the Apple Watch app access the same app data through the shared app group so current values such as today's count can be shown.
4. Disclosure to third parties
Smoke Bloke does not sell data and does not share usage data with advertising networks or third-party analytics providers. Data may only be transmitted to the extent technically necessary for Apple services, especially iCloud and CloudKit synchronization, if you use those features.
5. Analytics, tracking, and advertising
Smoke Bloke currently does not use third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or personalized tracking.
6. Health data
Smoke Bloke does not currently write smoking or nicotine data to Apple Health and does not read HealthKit data unless such a feature is explicitly added in the future and authorized by you.
7. Your control over the data
You can delete entries inside the app. If you remove the app, data stored locally on that device is removed. When iCloud sync is enabled, data may additionally remain in your iCloud account until Apple has fully completed synchronization or deletion.
8. Website bytefeed.com/smokebloke
The static product page at bytefeed.com/smokebloke provides information about the app. At present, this page does not use its own tracking scripts, ad networks, or embedded third-party services.
9. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated if app features or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
